To be a key player nationwide to develop field-based sales team and drive solutions to build and improve sales capabilities & salesforce effectiveness.


Develop Sales Capabilities 

  • Ensure implementation and compliance nationwide from sales team towards sales policies, sales rules and principles.
  • Work cross-functionally with Stakeholders & related Teams to develop and implement solutions to drive VinShop in-store execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Stakeholders & related Teams to build sales toolkits/ sales system for sales team and ensure the effective implementation. 
  • Proactively work with Sales Manager/ Director to identify potential sales talents and build succession plans in sales team. 
  • Work with GTM on route models and routing techniques in assigned areas. Work with Sales Manager/Director to develop and implement solutions how to set up effective routes & re-route, and ensure the route efficiency and effectiveness. 

Training & Coaching 

  • Work with HR L&D and stakeholders to plan training & coaching activities.
  • Coordinate with HR L&D to consult, deliver training & coaching activities to sales team from Sales Manager up level.
  • Build and implement post training & coaching follow up process and tools
  • Study, pilot and/or implement alternative training & coaching solutions
  • Be responsible for providing relevant data, reports accuracy, and timely

Culture & Engagement

  • Work cross-functionally with Stakeholders & related Teams to study, pilot and/or implement activities to build up success culture and high engagement for sales team nationwide.

Other accountabilities 


1.  Domain Expertise

  • University graduated, major in Business/ Human Resources Management or equivalent experience 

  • Minimum 5-7 years in sales capability development and sales training & coaching. Highly prefer experience from FMCG MNCs, Banking & Financial Services.

  • Good knowledge of trade marketing, traditional retail market, FMCG industry dynamics in Vietnam

2. Analytics Experience

  • Strong in Data Analysis

3. Individual Skills

  • Strong coaching & training skills 
  • Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Strong people management & collaboration skills,
  • Ability to convince/ influence to Stakeholders and other support functions 
  • Good communication in Vietnamese

5. Mindset & Behaviors

  • Proactive, self-starter 
  • Pragmatic problem solving in complex/ambiguous situations 
  • Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

Salary & Allowances:

  • Competitive income with 100% salary on probation, lunch allowance, 13 fixed months salary, annualy performance bonus and gift on special occasion. 
  • Performance review: twice a year
  • Annual leave: 18 days/year, birthday leave and other leaves/public holidays in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam
