To be a key player in execution for field sales and to build Sales capabilities and Sales force effectiveness.
1. Develop sales capabilities
• Ensure implementation and compliance from sales team towards sales policies, sales rules, and principles. Conduct frequent market visits to ensure implementation and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, MOFT Team, Training Team to develop strategy and communication of our store Impact Areas, and drive store execution (FIT Program and others).
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other related teams to build sales toolkits for any sales & trade plans and ensure effective implementation.
• Proactively discuss with Sales Leadership Team to identify potential sales talents and build succession plans in sales team (middle manager level).
• Ensure sales newcomers be inducted/ oriented by line managers and assigned persons
• Align with RTM Manager on route models and routing techniques; work with RSM and ASM to organize training and coaching on how to set up effective routes and re-route, and ensure the route efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Training & Coaching
• Train Best Practice Tools (BPTs) and training programs (hard skills) to the sales team and BA of GT & MOFT
• Check, audit, and evaluate training to Sales team, from SA, SS to ASM.
• Provide coaching, OTJ training to all sales levels (up to ASM): TTT, selling skills, coaching skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills…
Domain Expertise:
• Min 1-4 years in sales coaching & sales capability development in the FMCG industry
• Good knowledge of trade marketing/promotion, sales, and the consumer goods industry dynamics in Vietnam
Analytics Experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong coaching & training skills

• Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong people management & collaboration skills,
• Ability to convince/influence to RSM, ASM, and other support functions
