Role Description

The Developer Partnerships Lead at 1Housing will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of relationships with partners who are real estate developers and land-owners. Your role will be to ensure accelerated product adoption and revenue growth from these partnerships through planning, identifying commercial opportunities and executing those plans. You will have the opportunity to build and manage a team of high-performing Partner Managers who are focused on deepening engagement with our developer partners


  • Develop comprehensive plans for real estate developers within 1Housing’ partner portfolio, including maintaining in-depth understanding of real estate developers’ landscape, identifying growth opportunities, business planning, partner growth forecasting
  • Design and execute a developer partnership playbook that can be scaled nationally 
  • Engage with C-Level stakeholders and drive complex negotiations with both internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, to continuously grow partnerships with real estate developers
  • Head developer partner management, including partner due-diligence and selection, partner onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Formulate and launch go-to-market strategy with real estate developers, in collaboration with internal teams (including Platforms, Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)
  • Lead partnership implementation or business initiatives with real estate developers to accelerate adoption of 1Housing’s products and services, and ensure partners’ success, in collaboration with internal platforms and stakeholders 
  • Set goals, track and measure partnership success at   implementation
  • As business and relationships evolve, build and coach a team of Partner Managers that is equally driven to deliver exceptional results for 1Housing and for partners, and develop account management best practices and tools to drive your team efficiency 

Be the advocate for developer partners within 1Housing, manage and scale partner relationships to maximize growth and ensure sustainable long-term partner commitment and success

Key Skills

Domain expertise

  • Bachelor degree is required. MBA or Masters from a reputed university is a plus but not required 
  • 6-8 years of experience in the housing, real estate or finance, or property technology industries, with 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management, strategic partner management and business development
  • Proven network and in-depth understanding, and ability to build relationships with real estate developers in Vietnam is preferred

  • Strong sales, account management skills and project management skills, with financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to form long-term strategic business relationships and comfortable engaging with senior-level executives, as well as subject matter experts in real estate
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, and tell a compelling story 
  • Strong problem solver with ability to get results quickly and a desire to achieve better outcomes
  • Experienced in building and coaching a team, with track record of team leadership
