Get to know the role

• One Mount Distribution is a leading player in Vietnam’s retail market B2B to serve GT (general trade stores in Vietnam). We rocket their small business with competitive prices, a convenient buying process, and compelling opportunities to increase their extra income. Our solution includes VinShop mobile application for GT purchasing and 1SEAL sales management tool for sales agents.
• After about 2.5 years of formation, we have more than 400 sales agents, and 100,000 traditional mom-and-pop stores, and we are still on the way to contributing a great deal to the development of Vietnam’s retail market.
• You would be dedicating your effort to creating sensible experience for users from unlocking needs to building pixels, at the same time working closely with Product & Engineering team to ship high-quality outputs. Our first challenge came from GT understanding - a very unique set of users, but our product team has quite captured the insights and worked on the same grounds.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full scope of a typical user-centered design process: build low & high fidelity wireframes (UX), create visual design (UI) & prototype design solutions (Interaction Design)
• Turn data from the market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate trade-offs from them 
• Ensure that quality of implementation meets design requirements 
• Collaborate and work across functions including design, product, engineering, and data teams to ship high-quality products 
• Collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the Design System

Qualifications

• Background knowledge or passion about product design, user experience, psychology… 
• Good eye for visual design and hands-on experience in user interface design. 
• Familiarity with data and the ability to identify problem areas, further map out the user journey, and break these problems into smaller chunks. 
• Ability to communicate well with teams to present your design ideas and decisions clearly 
• Experience in using Figma (or willing to learn new tools if you have not) 
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and collaborative process 
• An owner’s mindset – don’t shy away from the hard stuff.
